how can i download my profile

Hello NicoleMaddox, is trying to download your profile on a new Xbox 360 but can not, can connect the console correctly to the Internet, it displays some error message if you can give more details of what happens when you try to download the profile.

I just got logged in.

1. I have two factor authentication on and the e-mail account associated with the GamePass Ultimate account added in outlook and authenticator app on iphone (android works too)

2. I changed my password on the account.

3. Got a notification e-mail I needed to get a new app password (16 character used to login from XBOX 360)

3a. Xbox360 is not compatible with two factor auth - so it uses the 16 character generated password.

4. Went to download profile on Xbox360

5. When prompted for password I used the app password generated from my live account.

First attempt failed with error code 80151103

Second attempt worked

This was an account that was on an old Xbox that did the ring of death and I ended up discarding. I was never able to sign out from the old one. This finally worked.

I've done all that apart from downloading my profile. How can I download my profile if I can't connect to Xbox Live?

If i delete my profile how i can download again? if is deleted ?
