    Why do my downloads cancel when I close the "Download Details" screen?

    How can you queue multiple downloads when exiting the Download Details screen stops the current download? Note that I said "stops," not "pauses." Like the OP, when I exit the Download Details screen and view the Active Downloads list, nothing appears there
    and whatever I had been downloading must be started over again from the beginning. Please explain.

    Also, when I try to view my download queue i get the following error:

    Hey Frank,

    When a game or app is "queued" it means it is in line to be downloaded. You can force start the installation by pressing the Menu Button while the game/app is highlighted and selecting "Install Now." Let us know if this helps!

    Do you have enough space on your Xbox for Fortnite? You should be prompted to clear some space if not.

    If not you will need to clear up some space, by uninstalling a game, or some apps.

    When i press download game - nothing happens.

    yes by default downloads appear in queue but now nothing happens nothing appears in queue, it happens with any game i want to download

    Hi!

    Check in the "Queue" section if the download is still present, otherwise check in the "Ready to Install" section to put the game back in download. If it does not appear, you can search for the game on the store and add it to the download queue.
