    How can I downgrade from the insider preview to the latest official released


    Hi, I just got my Xbox back from repair and they did a factory reset. I tried to do an offline update but that didnt work either. I have the following error codes: 80072F8f,00000000, 00000201. Can anyone help me?

    Is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview program, or are you on the latest official System software?
    I’m on the latest official software. Not a preview member.

    Need preview dash removed again

    In order to get out of the Preview Program, you will have to start the Preview App (now renamed to the Xbox Insider Program) and there in the settings remove your console from the preview.

    Depending on the current system version you have, you might have to participate in the Preview until the system reaches the latest public release. But after that, your console is removed from the preview, and you should be on the official System Software
    branch.
