    Hello,ive sent my elite series 2 controller to repair center after a year of good service because the (A) button and left trigger stop were not working right anymore.

    Today i got an email stating that the repair request was denied because of liquid exposure and cancelled my waranty!

    Which is wrong,i took great care of my controller and always kept it in a clean and safe box in between use.

    How can i request a 2nd opinion on this,i want my controller either replaced or repaired.

    It will still depend on the enforcement team's decision but yes, you can file for a dispute once you get your account back.

    You're welcome and absolutely!

    You can reply to the refund webform email results that you have received before. It should be in your email inbox pertaining to the refund decision that your request was declined.

    You need to reply to the email, address their decision results and then provide complete documentation and an explanation as to why your refund request should be granted.

    For example:

    "Hi,

    I would like to dispute the refund webform decision because... "

    Once you have sent your email dispute, you will receive an update from them within 72 hours.

    You've got nothing to worry! I had a similar issue before and had my refund request approved after the dispute.
