How can i disable cloud saves for a game?

a game that i have played alot in is getting the save files deleted by the cloud. i have tried renaming the original save to the copy, removing the copy and putting the original save in, i have tried everything that a can with the save file. the way i know its the cloud is that it has happened to my xbox save as well. i have the original save in a file.

3. Select the game for which you want to disable cloud saving.
4. Press the "Menu" button on your controller and select "Manage Game."
5. In the "Saved Files" section, select "My Games."
6. You will see a list of saved files. Find the file you want to disable and highlight it.
7. Press the "Menu" button on your controller again and select "Delete."
8. A warning message will appear. Select “Delete from Console” to confirm deletion of the cloud save file.
9. Repeat these steps for any other saved files you want to disable.

Have you tried disabling Cloud Saved Games? Highlight the Cloud Saved Games storage device, hit Y, then Disable.

all seamless.

On Steam games I have to manually disable Cloud storage if I don't want to use it on a title that supports it.

Hey, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPLYING! No, I did not move the XBOX. I have fixed the issue. What was interfering was the Cloud Saves Games, so I disabled that. It would not let me update the game, however it actually downloaded the update. So, what I did,
was that I re - enabled cloud saves and moved the update to the cloud saves. It updated the game, (THANK GOD) and after that I disabled the cloud saves again. My hard drive has a lot of space on it, so I do not know why, or how, cloud saves were interfering.
Anyways, I worked out that it was cloud saves with an equation: W + X - Y * Z / L = 0FA440484 which IS THE CODE OF CLOUD SAVES. I am serious. I AM EPIC!!! Dude, thanks a lot for replying.
