    how do I delete finished collections?

    I would like to delete my finished collections. Also, I purchased 2 new collections, one with Gold, the other with my credit card. Both say "downloading", but nothing is happening. What's up?

    Is there a way to delete a collection you have finished?

    I want to delete the puzzle collections that I have finished so that I don't have to remember which ones I've finished. How can I do this? Can't find this answer in any published information. Thanks!

    I also finished the Tropical Breeze collection. I didn't understand the completion percentage of 101 percent. How is that calculated? Same with the packs unlocked (33 instead of 40) and collections completed. Shouldn't it be 4 instead of 3? I have completed

    Deleting Custom Puzzles

    I just saw in another thread that you can only delete custom puzzles. I assume 'custom puzzles' are those that individuals create from their personal photos.

    If that is the case, there isn't any way I can delete... or un-download... a free collection once I finished it or delete a collection I "bought" with points I accumulated?

    That is not good if people cannot delete completed puzzles to free up space. I have easily eaten up over 10 gigabytes from downloading puzzles and would continue to take up space if not for uninstalling the entire game.

    Microsoft should give people that option otherwise it takes up WAY too much space on a hard drive!

    Microsoft Class Jigsaw - is there any way to sort, archive, or delete collections?

    1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

    2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it isn't case sensitive)

    3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

    4) Delete the collections you are finished with.
