How can I delete a gamertag, clear all the "friends" associated with it, start a new one...

You can either pay to change the gamertag and manually delete all the friends or create a new account and access the games via the Home setting on the console, but your progress will start over.

I am however open to the possiblity of deleting their new gamertag and take away all associations with the new Xbox account that I created. It's empty - it's their offline that is filled.

However I can't do that on my side - all I can do is to delete the Microsoft Account all together and that is a definate no.

Original account: Gamertag: "q0p ReMiX q0p" Email associated with this gamertag and the account used to download BF3 Code inside game package: "[Mod Deleted]"

New gamertag: "" and email: "[Mod Deleted]".

I gave receipts for all purchases and can provide proof via uploaded photos if need be. #HOPE

A gamertag is linked to a Microsoft account. You can create a new account and associate a new gamertag with it, but all accounts must have a unique email address. This email address can be an existing address, but it can't already be associated with another
account.

To recap... one email address = one gamertag. But you don't need to create a new email address.

Hi. No it isn't showing both at the same time. When I turn on xbox it shows my new gamertag. But whenever I go online it shows the old one. Playing mw3. Multilayer with my friends they are still seeing the old gamertag. When I log in to Microsoft online it shows my new gamertag.

I've cleared cache on the xbox. Deleted profile and added again and still not updating.
