how can I contact xbox support it just says error every time I try to organise a call

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

if someone is 'stealing' your Home console setting, then it means they know your account credentials. The best way to prevent that is to change your account password and security details.

After changing the password, only you should be able to sign in to your account

Regarding contacting Xbox Support, you could also try the @XboxSupport option via Twitter.

Hello again, this has been an issue since yesterday and I'll guess it is been worked on, I'll suggest you try again after a few hours and also try using multiple browsers as well.

Hello again, this is really weird, have tried to contact by some other browser to see if the same error appears, in the status of live servers there is no problem.
