How can I contact SUPPORT

3 months ago i was suspended for no reason, and wont be unsuspended until next year, and i had no reason behind it, i tried changing my pfp and it never changed so i kept trying to put the pfp on and then i restart my xbox and it says im banned until next year, maybe i understand if i was banned for a week because the pfp had a little bit of blood, but a whole year? Come on thats gotta be a mistake, i need to call someone that can help fix this situation man, and when I try to contact enforcement support, there's no request a call or any number, same with normal xbox support I try to contact and there's no call requests

Just to add, submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Phone support does not handle enforcement issues.

Note that customer support can't assist with suspensions or enforcements. Your suspension may be eligible for a case review, you can check this and submit a case review from this support page: https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

The length of a suspension depends on the severity of the violation. Keep in mind that Xbox's rules have no statute of limitations and you can be suspended at anytime for past offences, so unless stated otherwise your suspension may have not been related to your profile picture.

About your issue with FIFA 23 Ultimate, the transaction appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed?

And about the game pass subscriptions, do you want to cancel two subscriptions and use just one?
If that’s the case, you can do it signing with the account that owns each subscription here:
https://account.microsoft.com/services > once there select manage subscription > cancel

If you’re not able to see the cancel option you can turn off recurring billing. In that way the next month the subscription is going to be cancelled automatically
