How can I contact support to request a refund for an Xbox series X game?

Hello, hope you’re well. I hope someone can assist me here.

I purchased Diablo 4 for my Xbox series X, however every time I try to play it, my Xbox crashes, thinking it is overheating, thus forcing the game to close, thus I am unable to play it. I spent £100 yet I’ve been unable to play it for almost 2 weeks now.

No other games do this either. Only Diablo 4. And I’ve tried getting technical support to no avail.

Am I not entitled to a refund considering the product doesn’t work?

Hello, thanks for the response. I’ve tried that but Diablo 4 doesn’t show up on the list. This is why I’m trying to see if there’s a way to get in contact with support, etc, because as it stands I’ve paid £100 for a game that crashes my Xbox and there doesn’t seem be any solution via the usual channels. No technical solutions, no refund options.

You can request a refund here xbox.com/refund, log in to the site, and the list of games eligible for a refund should show up. Just tick the box next to the game you want the refund for, and select request refund at the bottom of the page. If you get a refund denied email, just reply to the email explaining in detail why you want the refund.

I Preordered Cyberpunk 2077 for what I thought was pc but I went to go download it and it says I bought it for the Xbox One X which I don't have. Is there a way to transfer it over to a pc? Or could someone in Microsoft help me out?
