If the tracking number shown in the order details on your account, we advise contacting the courier and asking for an update or to track your item. Give them the tracking number so they can look it up.

Hi was told from FedEx that they can't locate my package and to file a lost package with Microsoft. They also wanted a full description of the item everything from make model value etc

The controller was sent back to microsoft then on it's journey back to me it was lost.

I need to talk to someone to find out where it is. UPS say the package was sent back to microsoft.

How do I talk to someone about this?

At least you have confirmation that the package was lost in transit, as the item will be insured by whichever delivery service was responsible for delivering your controller. I would contact the Microsoft customer support team directly and explain the
situation, as well as the delivery company (if you haven't already) to inform them how much the package was worth
