How can I connect to the xbox network in Warzone II? (Xbox One S)

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft or Activision themselves which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Let's perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. It most likely is stemming from a problem with your network signal. I would suggest resetting your router and
then reconnecting. If that doesn't do the trick, I recommend trying what we

have here.

Hey yoooo guys !!!!!!! You can't imagine how happy I am !! FINALLY an update was released friday inside warzone and ALL bugs about Xbox had been fixed !!! And now we can play without paying any poupou subscriptions, wooooo !!! hahaha, too happy !!! So now, normally, we can finally play warzone pacific on xbox !

I don’t understand how this will help. I don’t have a connection issue with the network. The network connects fine. Games don’t load because they time out loading, not because they can’t connect. My Xbox live and user profile connect fine. I fail to understand how doing network troubleshooting would solve anything here.

How are you connecting your Xbox to the internet? Ethernet or WiFi? Also, which model of Xbox One do you have? Original, S or X?
