how can i connect my laptop to an xbox360

Wired you cant as ita hdmi oit usually unkess you have an external captures card

I have on my laptop Windows 8 good connection,but on my Xbox360 not works but the cable puist good in the Xbox and laptop but what is the problem who's now this problem?

I have set up an ad hoc network on my laptop sharing out my internet connection and it works well with other laptops etc. When I try to connect my xbox360 to it, it will see the network and connect but then it will not connect to the internet and xbox live
when asked to do so.

i already have 2 xbox360 controller .

Can you send me some links where i can get those wireless gaming receivers which is used to connect it with my windows 7 laptop and yes my laptop may be a lit old like more than 5 years

I think the drivers are not the problem, but the settings on your laptop ain't right.
