How can i claim warraty if it gives me and error?

There have been problems recently and lately there have been many requests and many customers are presenting similar problems so right now it is possible that the system is crashed and the best thing I can recommend is to try later or wait for a response from the system. .

Another thing to keep in mind is that the only ones who can take care of these types of problems are support. I'm very sorry I can't do more.

If you have been denied the refund and you think it is a mistake because you have not requested many refunds this year, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund denial. In your reply, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you think they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the denial and get back in touch with the team that initially processed your refund request.

If after 24 hours you have not received an email informing you of the refund denial, even after checking your spam folder, I recommend that you re-apply via this alternative link:

If they deny your refund again this time, you should receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they communicate this information when a refund is requested through this link. When you receive the email, reply to it as I mentioned above.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the only ones who can take care of this type of problem is the support and that is the only way. If the same thing keeps happening to you, try again later because lately they are receiving a lot of requests and it could be that the system is collapsed.

Oh. Mine is still under warraty and thought Xbox will send sone one to pick it up.
