how can i claim my three-Month Xbox GamePass bonus?

I checked that.actualy everything is fine on the website but when i use that preistalled xbox app on my laptop it's like it's already set just for america and i can't change the region to set my canadian address.the region set on united states and it's not unchangable.

I tried to claim the bonus through the xbox website but it seems the bonus is just availabe on the app so ....

i tried it but didn't work. i sent you screen shots from the problem, you can see the region/country is locked on united states ..

Please, try repairing the installation.

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Repair

Sign in to your Microsoft account and review your info. https://account.microsoft.com/

Select Edit profile info.

Update the info under Country/region, State, Postal code, and/or Time zone, as applicable.

Select Save.
