How can I check my Xbox reward request progression

I have seen multiple threads from customers this week about rewards quests having issues, so I suspect there is something going on in the backend. However, we don't support the rewards program here, you need to go through the Rewards team as you have already done. If you haven't received a reply yet, my guess is that everyone and their mother is having the same problem and they are probably a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

Patience is all we can advise, along with the awareness that this isn't just impacting you and they are definitely aware and working on it.

Hi ChickaBumpBump. You currently need 8 more minutes of Battle Island to complete the last 5 hours needed for Free Ride. For the Gold Dust offer, you currently have 5:55 of Shadow Warrior for February. In January, you had 7:45 for The Incredible Adventures
of Van Helsing III, so it did not complete the 10 hours needed for that month. As for Mixer, you had 3 consecutive weeks in January, and lapsed the last week. You currently do not have a week in February logged.

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?

If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into your
Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

I raised a service support request with the Rewards team 2 days ago and the email says they will be in touch within 24 hours and gives me a service request number with no way to look it up to track the progress.
