How can I change the EA account for EA Access purchase

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately I'm not sure if you can change the email address associated with your EA account to the email address you use for your Microsoft account, which essentially links your Microsoft account with your EA account
to get these discounts. You may have to create a new EA account with the email associated with your Microsoft account.

"Linking your console accounts to your EA account" on how to link your gamer tag to your EA account.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

I would try to add second email address to EA account and after the, if it's possible change primary one.

Unfortunatly there is no way to unlink your xbox account to the EA account that you created and used to sign-in the first time. Make sure to keep track of the account/email you used to signup. If you ever decide to use an ea account for the PC access you
would want to use the same info.

One more thing, I have contacted EA Help and they told me to turn to Microsoft Support:

Now in this situation what you need to do is you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox for the issue that you are facing as we only support the subscription of origin access premium and origin access basic.Ea access and EA membership is been taken care by Microsoft.
