How can I change the delivery address on a purchase

I made my purchase from my Xbox series S Store on the console, and I made the purchase a couple of months ago, but I never could figure anything out after the delivery attempt had been made because once it said "looking for an alternative address" I tried making a delivery change on the UPS website and had no luck because it said delivery changes wasn't avalible for the package and still haven't received a refund or anything yet.

I spoke to Microsoft Store support and they said my only option was to change the delivery address with the courier once a tracking number is sent through. Not a great solution from Microsoft, how hard can it be to change an address when the release won't
be for over a month, but it's my only option at the moment.

The restrictions are to change the delivery address, not to correct just the apartment number, currier needs to try the delivery to know if the apartment number exist
