You can't convert the KYD to USD. You need to redeem another USD gift card on your account to make the purchase. The KYD balance can only be spent on your country's store.

But I have the same currency both are USD so how do I know which is from which region and I have to change the region of my windows store or what to use that money?

Change the Country and Save.

Edit your home address to match your Country.

Select Save.
