How can I block Xbox S from requesting character creation and specifying identity...

If a game requires you to create a character to continue then that's nothing to do with your console,it's an in game feature put there by the games developers.

So no,there is no setting on your console to prevent this.

Unfortunately nope, you can’t bypass this game requirement

I heard somewhere else that they said the player character will do the narration in place of Ron? If they did that (which would lead me to conclude full voice acting for the player characters)then they would more than likely give each gender one voice and
cut down the base character creation into something similar to Dragon Age 2's character creation.

So having 20 + people blocked is why you cant play the game after the character creation screen
