    How can i add my fortnite account to a new account?


    I created a Xbox account for two years and a day, i was blocked to access to my account and i used a e-mail from an other person by accident. Now i can't add my Fortnite account to it because it says that this account already used .

    I have the same question. We are running into issues with crossplay and are trying a work around... We do not want to lose the skins and other content by linking a new account. Does anyone know if content is lost once you unlink an account and add a new one?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    After that, try adding your account again.
