    How can i add a console in the partner center if the tab doesn't load correctly?


    Have been trying do add a console to de dev via https://aka.ms/activatexbox but the x box development consoles tab won't let me interact with it and it just appears as if loading, have waited for hours and nothing so far, is there anything i can do to make it work?

    your brother should go to the Family Center in Settings Tab. There he could add people to the family. The members must be on the same console.

    Yes I can but it doesn't do anything loads up the same gets to home screen and and I can't navigate around it and it doesn't load pins or tabs.

    Hi, thanks for the quick response. The issue I am having is on the website in the family center not on the console itself, sorry for the confusion. The profiles load up fine on the consoles but I can no longer add gold to the family members account. The
    account still shows in the family center as well it is just with adding gold to the account. Thanks
