I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

I understand you need help with your log in problem.

Unfortunately, you cannot use the username or gamertag to log in to your Microsoft account. You always need to use the email for that to log in to the account. You may have been using a different email for the account, try other emails that you have remembered.

You can also try using the log in email recovery here:

https://account.live.com/username/recover

It will ask to verify a phone number or alternate email to the account so it will provide you hint on the log in email.

No, and Yes.

Microsoft has no access to the 3d party email providers who provide you with your email service, but they do have access to the Microsoft Account which uses the email address as it it were a username. You can recover the Microsoft password using http//:account.live.com/password/reset
