It is possible that you purchased the game with another account. Can you find the game in your purchase history? On this link, you can access your purchase history.

It does not show on my xbox download history. I am unable to access purchase history "error in "/" server application. But I can see my purchase history on other devices and the film has been purchased.

I suggest seeing if you can redownload the items from your download history on his console.

I tried the method you suggest but I still cannot access the purchase history before 7/2010, the game I'm finding is delisted in the store and I purchased in summer 2009. How can I check my purchase history in 2009?
