    How can I access my online account if I've deleted my profile...get same


    My power pack died which resulted in loadsa problems for me .went into panic mode and pulled out me old 360 arcade to download profile..was not successful....got new power pack so went back to my everyday Xbox..

    Failed to connect to internet.....reset console.troublshooted..by this time was ready to try anything....was given instructions to follow in to delete profile...now can't download profile. Blah blah.probkem with credentials error 8015000A....can't even access account......I'm now connected live but no profile to play... At this stage I'll take on board any suggestions to resolve this...please help......

    This error is caused an ongoing issue (https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/32ad4dfe-7497-4679-b4d9-b11b8f9131ea). The team at Xbox is investigating this and working on a fix ASAP. More information will be shared when it's available.

    Just to confirm, did you manage to solve the other issues in terms of connecting your console to the internet?

    Unable to connect to xbox live

    I attempted to sign in to my Xbox live account and got error code 8015190A, after reading online at Microsoft how to fix the error code which was delete profile and download the profile again I get the same error code and unable to download my profile again.
    I worked online with customer support who had me clear the cache 3 times and I still get the same error code. I am at a loss on how to proceed with fixing this code so that I can use my Xbox 360.

    Thanks MGA, I already deleted my profile (profile only) and cleared the cache. The Sys won't let me download my profile. I get a message that there is no account associated with the email that I'm entering. And yet, its the same emal I've always used. Its
    like my account never exsisted. I'm kinda, but not totally, a newb so be kind if this sounds stupid. How can I log into my account to change the email if I can't download my profile or log into Live?
