    How can I access my information from my account that I can’t log into due to a hacker


    I’ve recently been hacked on my outlook account and when I go to the recovery form it asks for my birthday and name I can’t remember it as it’s a 8 year old account and I surely just put in a random birthday and I also am unable to remember what name I put it under. That being said I did as much as I could and sadly was rejected on the form this hacker has changed an alternate email to his and changed the phone number so when I go to my account it sends the hacker a verification code and now I can’t even log into my account email and Xbox.

    Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

    Screwup438, unfortunately, in order to deactivate your account, you would need to have access to it. :/

    Screwup438, try to recover it via the recovery form:

    And then, once you do, you could delete it.

    Since enforcement doesn't do anything about it does that mean we just start a riot? Please I did not do what the hacker did on my account and after the unauthorized access you tell me that I was doing what the hacker was doing and suspended me. My point
    is after being hacked and losing my gamertag from a hacker selling my gamertag on a online website I get suspended from my own account because of a hacker's actions. These are not my actions these are the actions that were on my account from the hacker that
    stole my account. Because of the poor security in your system for retrieving EMAILS....AT&T/VERIZON/COMPANY PHONE LINES.... the FRAUD department. Is there a FRAUD department in here? Where and who may I speak to about this please?

    You'll need to reach out to the Chat/Phone teams for further investigation into any account with unauthorized access. They would be best to assist with that further since they'll have the best information regarding any investigation.
    I posted on xbox.uservoice which is what the chat/phone teams told me to do since they cannot further investigate and only the enforcement team can. The gamertag of the account is "AllahByeBye" I bought Xbox Live... and day later I get hacked due to a flaw
    in the security info for a phone number code after AT&T Employees/Hackers tampered with my phone line and disconnected it from my device. Therefore, retrieving my SIM card on their device and using it as a way to hack into my xbox account through email security.
    In all of this the hacker was soliciting my belongings and I reported it to the unauthorized access team which then sent it to the enforcement team. After this the enforcement team suspended my account for solicitation.

    Problem with logging in to my Xbox account: Logging in to another with the same email.

    It says that phone calls and chat do not apply for my lind of issue, and the solutions they present include logging in to the mail, thing I can’t do because everytime I try to log-in to said account it tells me that it’s going to send an email to some back-up accounts that have been created by the hacker, so I can’t log in. Maybe I can contact the xbox support telling them I hace another type of problem and then revealing what is really happening to me?
