how can i access my games with a permanent account ban?

if your console was set as home before the ban you can download them, if not or you change console thats it, you have forfeit all game licences due to the perma ban, means you have to start over.

I'm afraid that you would not be able to play the games online with a banned account. However, if you take the console offline via the Settings you should be able to access them.

Also, if the account was set as Home on the console prior to being banned you can still use the Share function to share the purchased games on your other accounts.

Using the transfer tool to gain access to games that you have not paid for will be seen as marketplace theft/fraud and can lead to permanent account bans as well as possible permanent console bans. It happens all the time.

My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned

I submit an appeal, but it was denied within a few hours with no details as to why. How is this fair? What about all of my purchases (games, DLCs, etc)? How can I access those now? Are those all lost to me?

If you had your xbox set as the home xbox under the account where all the purchases were made (before the ban occurred) then youll still be able to access them from another account on the same system.

Otherwise, in the event of a permanent ban everything on the account is forfeited.
