    Hello Piper, so that you can play your games offline, your account must be the main one on your console, and depending on the games you are choosing, you will have to check if the console has been updated with the save that is in your account.

    I am currently the only account on this Xbox and it is my home Xbox , and all updates are up to date. I am able to play my offline games but the problem is that all my save data and progress are gone

    Hey Butelie,

    Thank you for reaching out! I'd suggest going into the game hub of Skyrim and look for any save data. You can access this by going to Games and Apps>Games>Manage Games>Saved Data. If you are able to see your saves here, you should be able to access it by
    rebooting your console; otherwise there your offline progress would be lost.
