Even I understood Kuby. I have a similar issue. A lot of games I have like to use settings like AA defaults that aren't typically shown inside the game. With Radeon GPU, a lot of these settings should be turned off when combined with Virtual Super Resolution
& I need to override the game settings to do this. What you basically told Kuby is to go
[Mod Removed- Inappropriate] himself with the notion that he doesn't own his games. My xbox games don't even show up within Radeon as I have the game running. So I ask; Does anyone here know where the
[Mod Removed- Inappropriate] file is located? Ubisoft, Origin, Steam all have a library that allow access without an automatic assumption that you're going to rob them of whatever! They also have their own form of security without treating
you as an abomination. I want my pc to run like it's supposed to and not have massive game braking issues like "screen optimization" being turned on without my consent (Windows). FYI, it doesn't optimize jack!

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I don't believe you can access the game files for Games from Game pass for PC. Reason being is that you do not own the license for the game. However, you can try using this thread post for guidance : Xbox

So I realized they have their package installed, and the folder you access if you change permissions is kind of a "virtualized" folder in the sense it's not a real folder and you're looking inside the install package through an "emulated" folder.

You can see two instances of identical disk space, but only one is real, because the folder is kind of "virtualized" and is more a representation of what's in the package files. Only the package file counts as used disk space.

They should install the games like normal games.

Modding on XBox Game Pass is more or less killed by this, which is a bad idea.

It's also a pain in the butt when it comes to troubleshooting and customization.

They really need to change how they handle installations w/ XBox Game Pass PC and allow PC users the flexibility we play on PC for. Doing it like PC Games are windows apps is just silly. And bad for XBox Game Pass's viability overall.
