If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

In regards to your account problem, try to recover the gamertag. If it exists and you can access it through the computer, then you can recover and download the profile to the console. I imagine you are trying to create a new one when that tag already exists
which is causing that problem.

It literally says “the Microsoft account you have entered does not exist” when I’ve had this account for 7 maybe 8 years? When I try to recover the account with my email it’s saying it literally doesn’t exist but the account still exists like I can add it on Xbox from a different account

Sounds like someone got access to your account and changed the email to your account.

I did not understand. You created another account with the same email of this account that was giving the Minecraft Launcher error?

When you try to sign in to your Microsoft account on the Microsoft website above it signs in or it shows that the account does not exist?
