How can Elite Controller Drift be Fixed??

I have seen people in the US getting help on this disaster of a "Elite" product. Here in EU I have gotten NO help and since the controller succumbed to thumbstick drift after 4 months, it's been a paperweight. A very overpriced paperweight.

So, since Microsoft handled this so poorly (but the rest of XBox One X so well), where do people turn? I don't mind paying a repair fee I just want the thing to work again. Once there is thumbstick drift, the device is useless no matter what.

I really feel screwed over and I am only trying this one final time because there is now a Class Action Lawsuit filed against Microsoft on this.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'd absolutely do that repair. Where can I get a sensor module?

I have the same problem with elite 2. Just went to repair. But if the problem returns they will pay me a new controller with all the cost on it.

By the way, in EU, if the same problem appers for 3 times Microsoft must give you a new device. And the warranty change again.

I got this problem few months ago, once the garanty was expired of course.

So i bought the "sensor module" and replace by myself. Now it perfectly works.

Unfortunately, the warranty has expired. It was still valid back when the problem started but there was too much BS with getting it fixed here at the time or I just didn't spend enough time on it. Regardless, it's unbelievable that so many users have these
issues with a "premium product".

If it's out of warranty there are plenty of videos that show you how to repair them yourself.
