how cam i talk to someone abt me getting comm banned for 15 days over something dumb

so a while back i was dumb like a year ago and got 2 comm bans back to back. not that i’d ever repeat my mistakes but do comm bans get noted on your account forever? or do they eventually get cleared up with good behavior?for example let’s say someone
got comm banned 4 years ago and were to swear or something again 4 years later. would they automatically get account banned or would they just get a warning since their last comm ban was so long ago?

Wow. You have no idea how much trash talk I've heard over the years. People actually getting banned over it is stupid, especially while people are modding the hell out of online games like Halo Reach and getting away with it. MS will never get their priorities
straight. People can troll all day long in online games, but they pretty much only get banned for bio/comms violations. Seriously?

If you said yes to the TOS to play online and it states on the Code of Conduct that you cant trash talk over comms like in the old days... if you feel the need to vent about something while playing just mute or remove the mic and curse all you want so
you dont get banned...
