How are you supposed to get a design lab controller repaired ?

You would need to contact support and speak to billing. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.

Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that
