    How are the representatives allowed to put you on hold and just never come back?!


    Have had a problem with the wrong XBOX showing my extended warranty I purchased, with no assistance for months.

    Emailing back and forth with "manager's" who ultimately tell me they see it isn't listed on the right xbox after sending them proof of warranties, screenshots, serial #'s and that they are closing the ticket and then they stop responding.

    Today, have called in twice to support. The first rep after asking for supervisor multiple times put me on hold and never came back after waiting for 56 minutes!!

    Second rep, same thing hasn't come back and they just stop speaking so you have no other option other than to hang up and start all over again.

    How is this even remotely acceptable??!!

    Loyal XBOX customer since original xbox with thousands and thousands of dollars spent. No one there seems to care whatsoever.

    What a disgrace Microsoft has become.

    Time to start looking into a different ecosystem (PC or PlayStation).

    Pretty disgusting way to treat your customers.

    I sent my series 2 elite controller in for repairs I put everything back in it’s original box but I only got a controller back in the mail

    Hello, I would try to contact a representative over the phone. Just an FYI phone hold times are VERY long, but it will be someone there to answer. When turning things in for repair it states what to send and what not to send. As you found out all those
    other accessories are never sent back.

    As the backward compatible games have been put on hold, and it is ultimately the developers choice to allow this. There are many aspects to allowing this, it isn't just saying hey "poof" it backward compatible, the biggest issue is licenses that were used
    for the game.
