How are DIGITAL rewards out of stock?!?!?!

Please... don't give me dumb excuses. If you are going to offer us these ridiculous reward programs that are far too confusing and frustrating, AT LEAST give us the ability to redeem our points/gems/credits/units/Microsoft loyalty
karma for rewards we ACTUALLY WANT. I have gems to spend but there is nothing I care to actually spend them on because the good rewards are "out of stock". C'mon. Seriously? There isn't a warehouse somewhere with a bunch of empty "digital reward" crates.
Push a few buttons and fix the rewards so they aren't "OUT OF STOCK", whatever that means.

They point of these programs, I assume, is to create loyalty and endear your customers to you -- but OUT OF STOCK rewards ain't doin' it. Please, please, PLEASE fix this so we can use the "whatevers" we EARNED to get rewards we actually care about. Please
let me know when decide to provide a little customer service and make this happen.

Vip Gems and vault items

I would just like to ask how its possible for a digital item like the 10,000 rewards credits to be out of stock ? it comes across as Microsoft trying to screw over loyal customers that use the rewards programme buy making these items out of stock so that
people cant actually get value back from spending their hard earned cash buying games and content. we all know that Microsoft rewards are worth way less than xbox rewards. Well done guys "slow clap".... I would really like a response to this with some justification
as to how its possible for a digital item to be out of stock.

 

MyVIP Vault

Someone needs to refill the vault, ASAP. So many items (including many digital) are and have been out of stock for a while now. We are encouraged to participate in these rewards programs ... but when you do, half the stuff is out of stock when you want to
redeem. We aren't talking physical items, but digital codes - which inherently can't be "out of stock." Obviously, Microsoft has plenty of $5 and $10 reward codes (for example) to continue to sell. Why intentionally force the 5,000 and 10,000 rewards to be
"out of stock?"

 

Totally agree. It is completely and utterly pathetic that digital items can be out of stock. The worst part is, I'm now getting nagging emails telling me I only have a short time left to spend gems, but there isn't anything to spend them on!!!!

It is a kick in the nuts to people who had been saving up gems for the better rewards, only to find it was all now a complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing MS

 

Basically it's MS's way of thanking all these people who have participated in the rewards. GFY!
