I have the same problem, except I do have access to the second email account or phone number, but never receive the code. Tried it over 20 times and still no code. Why implement something like this and have it not work!!?? How am I supposed to enter a code
when they don't send it to me?

How am i supposed to do that when it says my serial number is unknown when i try to register it, and the telephone call back system keeps saying theres an error at their end, every time i enter my phone number?? And chat support can not help me get in touch with them.

I am receiving the same error code. I had my card stolen and now I received the new card and am trying to update my information so I can log in but I cannot get past this damn code. I get this when updating on the console and when I login through www.xbox.com/accounts
it keeps telling me to please enter a valid CC number. NAy help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback, the issue isn't that I can't receive the code, I get it almost instantly. The issue here is when I enter in the code, I'm given the error message. I am not entering in the numbers that are in the name of the respondant, only the code written in the message.
