I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be and I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Please be advised that Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions are being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement Team who work offline. We can only reach them out if we report a player or file an appeal. Here in community and even Microsoft Support won't be able to assist us regarding Xbox suspensions. We do not have access to any details in regard to your suspension due to confidentiality. As much as we would love to help, we can only do so much about it.

I advise you instead to refer to the email they’ve sent you for details.

While I appreciate the response, this is my last resort and it's incredibly disappointing that it's still leading to nothing.

The email I was sent was cookie cutter and had no specific information regarding my ban, only a link to the enforcement website. The only info given on the site regarding the ban ("Details" is the post I was banned for):

Reason for Action: This account violated community standards and was subjected to enforcement action.

Impact: While the current suspension remains active, this account cannot communicate with others, join multiplayer games, or upload media to the Xbox Network.

No information on what part of the post "violated community standards", but I have to assume it was the part where I said I'm gay.

But I'm not being told one way or the other, and there doesn't seem to be any way to get in touch with anyone who can even just give me any info about it. If I am being banned for saying I'm gay, then why is it not on the list of banned words, and why not let me know so I'm not posting it and getting banned again in the future?

I try my best to be a good, kind person, even online, and it feels wrong to be getting punished for attempting to avoid the exact kind of people that actually deserve it.

Just curious, how did you find out all the details about your ban? No one at support can seem to tell me anything at all about why my son can't communicate with his friends. They keep guessing it may be a ban, but have no detail. And the enforcement page
says he has a perfect record with no bans listed.

Yea I already checked that it doesn’t say the details on to why I was banned and they denied my ban request so what am I suppose to do and why’d they ban me instead of a suspension
