How am i supposed to change my account settings

You don't get to that site because you are in a Microsoft family but because child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

How am I supposed to turn off the 2 step verification if I can't log in to change the settings? That doesn't make sense.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. How am i supposed to login if my account is locked!!!!!????

So, I had set up the privacy settings on my account, and I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and signed back in and it's still telling me that I can't join my friend's realm. what am I supposed to do, and yes I submitted the changed and they were all set to allow.
