    I can't change my xbox settings to turn multiplayer on in minecraft. It keeps taking me to the page that says "wHy cAn"T i ChAnGe mY aCcOuNt sEtTiNgS?" because i am "In a family" When i left my family and it wont let me change my birthday to over 18 to play because it keeps taking me to that page that says "wHY cANt I cHaNGe mY aCcOuNt sEtTiNgS?" And it wont let me change my birthday. All i wanna do is play minecraft multiplayer and its not letting me do that what do I do

    You don't get to that site because you are in a Microsoft family but because child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

    After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

    I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. I understand how important recovering your account is to you.

    Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process.     Why can't I join realms with my friends even though all of my account settings are what they need to be???

    So, I had set up the privacy settings on my account, and I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and signed back in and it's still telling me that I can't join my friend's realm. what am I supposed to do, and yes I submitted the changed and they were all set to allow.
