    Okay, it had been countless hours now that the services have been down. You guys keep telling us to check the status update. But you guys arent even updating the damn service update! Last time it was updated at 3:47! It is 9 pm where i am. When are you
    gonna give us any kind of update!?

    In regards to the Service Alert, there isn't an ETA on when the issue will be resolved but, we are working as fast as we can to resolve the issue. At this time, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert that has popped up regarding this issue.
    I recommend requesting to be notified once the service alert has concluded by going to the Xbox Live Status pageand
    selecting Notify Me for a one-time only text. Should the issue continue after the service alert has concluded, and after you perform a power cycle to the console, please feel free to make a new thread detailing your issue.

    Still no word on when our services are going to be up and running. On top of that you cant contact any one from customer service. You call one of the customer service numbers and it says to go on xbox/help. You go on xbox/help and it says customer service
    is unavailable. What a joke. Microsoft is so trash.
