Hotwheels Update for Forza

So this evening Forza took an update following which I am confronted by and advertisement for a Hot Wheels add on.

Following the advertisement I am prompted to pay for the add on. I do not want the add on and the Back button does not work.

I am unable to play my original game.

I've spent >1:30mins with support removing saved data, reinstalling all to no avail.

Ruined my evening and upset my 10yr old who has now gone to bed crying his little heart out thinking that he has lost all his game data.

I have a 2nd issue with Groove music whereby I subscribed for a 30day trial on the pretence that I would get a further 3 month free trail. I received a code for the 3 month trial but when I came to enter it I am notified that the code has already been redeemed.
I haven't redeemed the code but apparently because Microsoft can't trace where it was redeemed its my problem how is this fair.

Useless nonsense, with useless support.

How to retrieve a game that was queued to download but cancelled in error

hello, set up new xbox one which came with a redeem code for forza and hotwheels. Forza is halfway through downloading and hotwheels was queued. I clicked on hotwheels as it was paused, I thought I pressed B to go back but it seems to have cancelled the
hotwheels. I have tried to enter redeem code again but says already redeemed. How can I find the hotwheels again to download as I can't seem to find it anywhere - HELP! thank you

 

Forza Horizon - two player

I recently purchased the Xbox One S and two controllers, how do I play 2 player on Forza Horizon 3 without going online, so I can play with my son, or he can play with his friends?

Also, the game came with Forza Hotwheels, how do you back to regular Forza Horizon after playing Hotwheels as there seems to be no option to go back. Each time we turn on the Xbox and choose Forza Horizon, it now goes straight to Hotwheels?

Any help for an Xbox novice, greatly appreciated.
