Hotspot isn't updating. UPnP unsuccessful

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I agree with switching, ive seen a slew of posts already for att hotspot issues that just started this past week. Att is no help theyll just tell you they dont support upnp even though it hasnt been an issue for years connecting, good luck!

I have the same issues from time to time as i too use the hotspot on my phone. Its the only option way out where i live, but i have unlimited data using straight talks plan... Anyway yeah ive never had a successful upnp but i suppose its no big deal since
i get by fine most of the time... NAT i can usually just hit "check again" till it shows "open" ... Ive nitinot that there are just some folks that i cant run with on games due to them killing my signal strength for some reason, muting the mic can raise your
signal too... Sorry i dont have a solid answer for you as i am mostly just relating cause i have some of the same issues and also need help with this mess.. Good luck!

I think it may be AT&T...? I have no clue what's going on, but the only access I have to internet is mobile data and mobile hotspot. We can get internet where I live but it averages about 500 KBPS. Which can run... well just about nothing. So I'm not sure
what I can do. I can still play but anytime I want to use party chat or purchase something I'll have to be on a normal network. Which is really really inconvenient. Thanks for reaching out! I hope that we might get some better answers soon!
