    No dedicated servers on ranked do your research!!! Ranked is p2p server which means a player hosts the game. Quick match and event game types are on dedicated servers unless your NAT is to strict in which case you will either host a game or find a hosted
    game because your security settings refuse to connect to a dedicated server. Ever wondered how a player with a 0.4 k/d gets 20-2 on ranked TDM, because he is HOST!!! Besides when the servers are working they're used to promote the game events (medals you need
    towards war supporter onxy). Epic are liars, Cliff Bleszinski is full of it.

    Gears of War 3 leaderboard is gone

    The leaderboards were maintained by Epic Games (the original developer). Now that MS has bought the IP over and handed it to The Coalition, It's only a matter of time Epic Games removed the players' stats hosted on their servers.

    Which is the season pass. Epic games won't let you play dedicated servers unless you bought all the map pack DLCs for multiplayer. Or your stuck with player hosted servers.
