Host Booters WHAT DO I DO

I know more about DDoS then you buddy. Dont waste your time giving me any advice as I wasn’t asking for any. Reporting and blocking players does absolutely nothing and these players roam free wrecking havoc in xbox groups which is supposed to promote the
xbox community but my friend takes advantage of that and elimantes the whole party offline. You cant advoid these players In Halo MCC which has a low population at night. Games like Wheel of Fortune or others like MCC with a low population already that need
more people on them are getting even lower since gamers run into these players no matter what and don’t think about starting a group chat for Halo Customs or you might get screwed. This is being exploited on Microsoft’s services and they have an obligation
to make the community a better place.

The proper course of action would be to block and report the player for "tampering." You will also want to obtain a new IP address, which you can do by resetting your modem for about 15 minutes or to contact your ISP. I would also avoid joining random parties
of individuals that you don't know or have conducted activity like this in the past. Your ISP is who you should contact for any additional help, as attacks like these occur outside of the Xbox Live Service.

so no offense man but I wasted my time watching these all I see is you laying in corners ineffectively doing nothing for your team. so my only question is what exactly is a host booter and why they doing it to the guy that isn't doing anything???

Dude filing complaints won't do jack ***! MY idea is get the authorities involved, cyber bullying is illegal, and this is definately illegal, there are 3 things you can do in this situation, 1) Hack their accounts/computers and shut them down for good (not
recommended), 2) Call the authorities (NOT MICROSOFT I MEAN THE COPS), or 3) Track them down in real life and have a nice little "chat" with them. I once had a hacker actually steal my account, called microsoft, they didn't do anything, couldn't call the cops
because at the time I didn't know where he lived, so I went on my computer and hired a hacker to get his address, the *** lived in my neighborhood, hacker even sent me a picture of the person who stole my account so I gave him an extra $10, after that I went
to the address and the kid was at least 14 years old, instead of kicking the crap out of him I walked up to him and his mother with the picture and asked "Ma'am do you know your son stole my xbox live account through illegal hacking devices?" and she said
no rather politely so I held up the picture and wrote my gamertag on the back of the photo and suggested she check her sons xbox for my account, it was there and boy that was the most scared 14 year-old I've ever seen! He learned his lesson, and his mother
wiped all of his information from the xbox and his computer and sold both the following week. Life is good when you're smart.

Hi there. What you need to do is file a complaint on this person and then block communications with them, this will stop them from sending you messages.



The reason you're being kicked off xbox LIVE is down to what you call an IP flood. This is a sign of tampering in order to attain your ip and then send it packets of data to flood it. If you turn off your router/modem for a few minutes and then power it
back on this should assign you a new IP. You can also call your ISP (internet service provider) and inform them of this incident.



If Gamebattles have a report system you should also report the player to them.
