Discus and support horror rewards? im not showing it pending ? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought the bioshock collection more than 96 hours ago ... the VIP % got increased ... but the mission isn't showing I purchased my 59.99 title ......     horror rewards? im not showing it pending ?


    I bought the bioshock collection more than 96 hours ago ... the VIP % got increased ... but the mission isn't showing I purchased my 59.99 title ... and I've gotten 5 acheivments ... but non of that is showing ... can you check this out for me please ..
    thanks... and my credits asked to be deposited on. the 27th are still sitting there ... so I'm hoping on the 11th all that goes in ... please check it out for me

    I Heart Horror Rewards not posting

    I purchased Layers of Fear and the Dead Island Definitive collection for the I Heart Horror mission back on 1 October. Afterwards, I unlocked 9 achievements in Layers between 5 and 6 October, and 11 achievements in Dead Island from the 12th on. While the
    Level 1 reward boost is showing as a pending credit, the level 2 boost hasn't popped up yet. In addition, even though I had over 5000 credits after the 15th, the credits never posted to my account.

    i requested deposit on the 27th?... but then it said the 11th ?

    I can confirm Smwutches response. Since your I Heart Horror offer completion will be shown as pending after this deposit, it will not be included in this deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot make deposits outside of scheduled deposit dates.

    We see that your purchase was on the 25th. On the 29th, you were properly Rewarded for this offer. However, we do see that the achievement portion of the offer did not complete successfully, and will adjust you for completion of that offer. Apologies for
    the inconvenience. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

    Xbox Life rewards, gems taken and no rewards..

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on the rewards site after you redeemed them.
    I checked xbox rewards and now shows the amount as pending, Thanks for the information I did not knew that it will take that long to show up.

    Are the Xbox Rewards Credits item in the MyVIP Vault Microsoft Rewards Credits?

    They are Xbox Rewards credits, so they would show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Xbox Rewards site.
