Horrible xbox family settings menu and website

@ngocphi - Exactly! Since there are websites that are not rated, they are "Unrated." Wouldn't you, then, conclude that since IE provides access to Unrated Content, it (Internet Explorer) should be blocked through the "Unrated Content" setting in the "Family"
menu?

When I try to sign in, the sign in button turns to text instead of a button but the My Xbox drop-down menu appears. Then when I click on any option on the My Xbox menu it redirects me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
I try to do what it says but I can't open the xbox settings as it redirects me back to the same page. Also, i'm not even in a family group or whatever it's called. And i can sign in fine on the microsoft website.

You're trying to login onto the website correct? Or xbox itself? If it's the website, maybe try a different browser?

I figured out how to change the setting. It was on the xbox website, not on the microsoft website or the family account settings.
