    Horrible Support


    I have now tried for over an hour to get a call back for an xbox issue. The system is now saying I've reached my call back limit and I've received zero calls. You can't call in directly as it hangs up on you saying they've gone online. I can't get past the virtual assistant. How can a company this big be this broken for customer support.

    How can I get past the assistant an actually speak to someone?

    Sorry I dont see the issue, almost anything you buy has a warranty of 12 months or maybe more but not 6yrs

    A cutoff point has to exist.

    In this case depending on model they not have stock of all parts.

    You should look at local repair shops.

    Bear in mind deals on ar moment so possibly grab an S for quite cheap

    The system is so broken. No call backs and no way to speak to a human. Sad to see how far things have come. I probably will just go online and cancel my Microsoft services which won’t require assistance.

    I posted a support request there are now 8 days and no response from you. I bought a xbox one and I subscribe to an abonment for months and all that for nothing! Do you think help me one day since I still can not play my games online and it does not come
    from my side. As a computer scientist, believe me, I tested everything before asking for help. That's good, it reminds me why I never use the support service but good anyway. Although I take into account how difficult it is for you to manage all these people,
    I have trouble understanding why I still have no answer. THANK YOU !

    Firstly sorry for your distress but im afraid it probably would cost you more in the long run to send off and repair an xbox that old you could try to get a second hand cheap one from game online or ebay to keep you gameing my friend ive gone through several
    consoles myself but i game a lot being disabled so i burn one out every few years
