    Well here's my unfortunate experience. After 6 great years of gaming on my Xbox one it finally gave out. Being a loyal Xbox one fan I figured Microsoft would stand by me and help me out. I contacted customer support and went through all the troubleshooting
    steps and concluded it was a console issue. Upset I asked ok so what do we do now? I was told there was nothing to be done except get another console or attempt to trade it in. I don't know of any place that would accept a non working console as a trade in
    lol. I asked if they could fix it and was told no. A replacement? NO. So much for standing by me. My friend had a similar issue with his old Playstation 4 and even though it was out of warranty still received help, great customer support and a replacement
    console. Microsoft you are awful to your fans.

    Sorry I dont see the issue, almost anything you buy has a warranty of 12 months or maybe more but not 6yrs

    A cutoff point has to exist.

    In this case depending on model they not have stock of all parts.

    You should look at local repair shops.

    Bear in mind deals on ar moment so possibly grab an S for quite cheap

    The system is so broken. No call backs and no way to speak to a human. Sad to see how far things have come. I probably will just go online and cancel my Microsoft services which won’t require assistance.

    I posted a support request there are now 8 days and no response from you. I bought a xbox one and I subscribe to an abonment for months and all that for nothing! Do you think help me one day since I still can not play my games online and it does not come
    from my side. As a computer scientist, believe me, I tested everything before asking for help. That's good, it reminds me why I never use the support service but good anyway. Although I take into account how difficult it is for you to manage all these people,

    Firstly sorry for your distress but im afraid it probably would cost you more in the long run to send off and repair an xbox that old you could try to get a second hand cheap one from game online or ebay to keep you gameing my friend ive gone through several
    consoles myself but i game a lot being disabled so i burn one out every few years
