    Horrible service and still no answer...


    I'm currently at 20 minutes waiting for a response from "Geoff". After telling me that my warranty expired after only 8 months after purchase, I told him I had a receipt that would refute that claim. As a result I've received no response from him. Is
    it a representation of the service I should expect?

    Still no answer?

    I have the same issue. I am directly wired to my modem, get a bandwidth of 12MB and still randomly get disconnected. Is there an update for this problem or a solution?

    just shy of a week and still no reply. Do you moderators answer any questions that require you to actually think, or just ignore them? surely you'e not STILL on vacation, most normal folks don't get a full week's vacations for New Years... While were at
    it, how do we report about you're horrible customer service? Might as well hit all my bases while were on the subject.

    If you require a repair done and its covered by warranty then go ahead with it.

    No one can comment on what the guy from support said or didn't say you should receive an excellent service.

    Sorry to hear that, but you can sand in your console for repair without having to make a call.

    go to the following link and request a repair:
    myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx


    -you may have to log in to the website- -register your console-

    Your console also have 1 year limited Warranty from Microsoft.
