horrible download speeds on gamepass for pc

I have consistently been getting 4 MB download speeds from the xbox app. I have a alienware R13 thats 3 months old and fully upgraded. Its hardwired to the modem. All drivers have been updated. I've followed all the suggested steps on the forums. windows 11 is updated. Like other people my download speeds will drop down to 0 MB. I'M new to pc's and have been a longtime subscriber to xbox live. I have no problems with any other launchers or game downloads. I've not been able to download any gamepass games since buying the pc. I constantly get error messages and games wont complete their downloads.

Since there are no issues with your network speed and downloads are working normally on other launchers, there could be a problem with your Xbox app.

Kindly try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure to update your Device Drivers, Xbox, and gaming services app:

Device Drivers:

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

Xbox and gaming services:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

MIcrosoft, dont give a **** **** about this, gamepass for pc download speeds are awful AF, cant belive im stuck with this ****

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you post back with brand and model of the router & modem you own? Additionally, please try a quick

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps' to avoid having to reinstall your game library. After your Xbox One console resets, please try a wired connection again.
