    I have had honestly the worst costumer service experience ever with Microsoft, I have a 5 year old account with about a thousand dollars worth of games my old x box broke so I went to get a brand new one well after doing that I can’t remember my sign in information so I tried to reset it from my phone number well the number I have on there is from a phone I had years ago that is no longer active so I filled out the form after being denied multiple times I decided to call I have been put on hold and hung up on 3 times now and never got a call back this is honestly disgusting the people at the call center are very rude and have literally hung up on me multiple times now I have an account stuck in limbo with all my games on it and have no clue where to go from here any advice? PS I can’t get my Xbox live Id because my old x box is broken so now I guess I’m hosed?

    I've never had any issues with customer support. If you're saying that Iraq is better, well then, maybe I should vacation there... Some people... *SMH*
